R.I.P. Brad

Well we lost a great one today, Brad Gordon is done with the pain and suffering that has been brought to him thru his fight with cancer.

Brad and his wife Sheri are both RFC chaplains that choose to spend their time teaching and praying with the kids in the JDRL. Brad always set up his sermon to reach the kids. He was very good at using racing lingo to peak the kids interest while teaching about the Bible, he did this better than anyone could.

There are hundreds if not thousands of kids that will miss him for sure. But on that same note that goes to show how much of an effect he has had on so many kids! For the things you have taught the kids, for the paths you have lead them down I am truly thankful to have had you a part of my kids lives. There are many kids that started their road to Christ thru this man, many that might of not had the opportunity otherwise.

Brad you will be truly missed by myself and many others for sure. But the lives you have touched and changed will have you in their hearts forever!

Very dad to hear of Brad's passing. God has another great angel by his side.
I deserve respect for the things that i DO NOT do.

While I've never met Brad If he was anything like the other RFC chaplains I have met it is a great loss to the sport.

My thoughts go out to his family and everyone who's life he touched.
