Its not a KCS it is one if their bodies though.

Yeah, looks like a KCS body.

The motor mount and steering wheel are from Motivational tubing, the pedals may be as well. I wonder if there was a company out there that used hard parts from other places and built their own chassis for them.

There was probably a number of early chassis builders who did just that.

Also, it is not uncommon for owners to upgrade/change parts like that. I know I did. Kaitlin's off brand 12.90 car had M/T pedals installed and both of my Bos cars I installed Half Scale motorplates on.
